Published by Princeton University Press in 1971 (Second Printing), this monumental musicological study remains an essential reference for Renaissance music. Both volumes include their original illustrated dust jackets. The set is in very good condition overall with clean interiors and solid bindings. Volume I features two small spot/puncture wear marks on the dust jacket, and both jackets show typical light handling wear, but the set presents nicely overall and remains a fantastic addition to any music or academic library.
